Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the contiguous United States; Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on US orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order contents.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track orders from your account page.

Address errors and delays

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we cannot redirect orders once shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply). Carrier delays, weather, and holiday peaks are outside our control; contact us if tracking shows no movement for several days.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us promptly with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
