Refund Policy

30-day returns

You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To start a return, contact us at trendyfyhubusa@gmail.com with your order number.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty: personal care items, earbuds/headphones with in-ear components, and items marked final sale. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Return shipping

Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases we cover the return and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error. If a refund is issued to a card, your bank may take additional time to post it.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item under this policy and place a new order for the item you want — this is the fastest way to get the replacement.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Contact us right away with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund without delay.
